Saucy Chicken Skillet

What you need:
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are quickly browned and served with a cream sauce flavored with colorful vegetables, including cherry tomatoes and fresh snow peas.

* 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) fettuccine, uncooked
* 1 Tbsp. oil
* 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
* 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
* 3/4 c. fat-free, reduced sodium chicken broth
* 1/4 c. KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
* 2 green onions, chopped
* 2 Tbsp. fresh basil or parsley
* 1/2 c. snow peas
* 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes
What to do:
1. COOK pasta as directed on pkg.
2. MEANWHILE, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. on each side or until browned on both sides.
3. STIR in cream cheese, broth, dressing, onions and basil. Cook and stir until sauce begins to thicken and chicken is cooked through (170°F.) Add snow peas and tomatoes; cook 2 to 4 min. or until snow peas are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Serve over the pasta.

Serving Suggestion: Serve this main dish with a mixed green salad for a quick and tasty weekday meal.

Substitute: Serve over hot cooked rice.

Shortcut: Substitute 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast Strips for the fresh chicken. Omit oil. Add chicken breast strips with cream cheese.
