Marvelous Maraschino Mini Pound Cake

What you need:
* 1 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
* 2 3/4 c. sugar
* 5 eggs
* 1 tsp. vanilla extract
* 3 c. all-purpose flour
* 1 tsp. baking powder
* 1/4 tsp. salt
* 1 can (14 oz.) Eagle Brand™ Sweetened Condensed Milk
* 2 c. quartered maraschino cherries, well drained
* Confectioners' sugar
What to do:
1. In large bowl, with electric mixer, beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla on low speed until blended, then on high speed 5 min. until light and fluffy.
2. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients alternately with Eagle Brand™ Sweetened Condensed Milk to creamed mixture, mixing lightly after each addition.
3. Fold in cherries. Turn batter into a greased and floured 6 in. festive mini loaf pan.
4. Bake at 350°F for 45 min. or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
5. Let cool for 5 min. Dust with confectioners' sugar just before serving. Store leftovers covered.
