The Jae Kim Vision Scholarship
for Bogopa Employees or their Children
Food Bazaar Supermarkets and Bogopa Service Corp. are pleased to announce that Jae Kim Vision Scholarship money is available for the 2024-2025 school year.

Four $2,500 One-year Scholarships are Available for the 2024-2025 School Year
Vision Scholarship Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a part-time employee of Food Bazaar/Bogopa for at least 5 years, or a full-time employee of Food Bazaar/Bogopa for no less than 3 years (or the child of a such an employee).
- Be planning to enroll (no later than the Fall semester following announcement of awards) in a full- or part-time course of study at an accredited 2- or 4-year conventional or online college, university, or vocational/technical school in the United States.
- Have maintained at least a cumulative 2.7 Grade Point Average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
- Be a full-time resident of the Food Bazaar marketing area, which includes New York City, Long Island, New Jersey and Connecticut.
Applications and all related materials must be received by May 31, 2024. Winners will be announced the week of July 1, 2024 via mail or email. It is the applicant’s responsibility to make sure that all materials have been received prior to the deadline.
